Kamal Started His Political Meeting – Voice For Cauvery

Kamal Haasan, the actor turned politician had invited all the parties to attend the meeting hosted by his Makkal Needhi Maiam party. The meeting has been addressed as Tamilnadu’s Voice For Cauvery. The farmer association leaders and other party leaders including Ayyakannu, Thanga Tamil Selvan, “Nassar,” Aam Aadmi Vaseegaran, Anbumani Ramadoss and Arjun Sampath are present in the meeting. “M K Stalin” and his alliance party leaders rejected Kamal Haasan’s invitation to attend the meeting. Thol Thirumavalavan stated that as Stalin denied attending the meeting, his party will not take part in the elections. Earlier, Kamal Haasan said that the party leaders might have thought that the meeting is to develop and publicize his party, but the meeting has been arranged to discuss the welfare of the farmers. Kamal also said that with just the Cauvery Management Board, the farmers’ issue could not be solved and there are many problems that should be rectified and that is the purpose of the meeting.
