Director Gowthaman Arrested!

“V.Gowthaman,” a Tamil director is known for his film, “Magizhchi” with Prakash Raj and “Anjali.” Gowthaman has been supporting the farmers, right from the time of Jallikattu. He was even arrested in Madurai and kept at the KK Nagar Police Station for protesting to lift the ban on Jallikattu. He also raised his voice against the Hydrocarbon extraction project in Neduvasal. Now, the actor cum director showed his opposition towards the government for not caring the farmers. He supported the farmers, who are protesting in Jantar Mantar, Delhi. Gowthaman and twenty supporters were arrested for protesting near Valluvar Kottam in Chennai. He said that he will protest for the farmers and will participate in the train stir, tomorrow.
