'. Sai Pallavi did lead role in the Malayalam movie Premam and the movie is heaping collections in Tamil and Telugu. In a movie starring Suriya, she is pairing up with him. She is doing movie Karu directed by 'A L Vijay' . Discussions are being held with her to do sequel to movie Maari starring Dhanush. Sai Pallavi spoke in an interview which is as follows: I have had interest in dance very since childhood. I learnt dance from days of schooling.

Then, I developed interest in cinema. My father did not like to make me act. He sent me to Georgia to study medicine. Malayalam director Alphonsa called me up and asked me whether I am interested in doing movie Premam. I am very much happy. I told that I could do the movie only during holidays. I had pimples on my face. But, I was made to act without putting makeup. Suriya is one among the actors I like the most. I am happy that I am pairing up with him. When I was doing college, many people told me that they love me. I am not interested in romance. I concentrate on acting alone.
