Mission Mangal, scripted and directed by Jagan Shakti released on 15th August 2019, as an Independence Day special movie. The film has been receiving positive reviews all over and at the end of five days, it has entered the hundred crore club. The film has collected Rs 106.47 crores at the box office worldwide. Mission Mangal is about ISRO’s satellite launching project to Mars.
The movie has Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead roles. Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, Sonakshi Sinha, Kriti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi and “ H G Dattatreya” are in the supporting cast.
