". His movies, “Cartel Island" ,“He Named Me Malala”, “Sherpa” and “Listen To Me Marlon” are waiting to receive the honor. The documentary about Amy, who left the world in 2011, due to the over usage of alcohol and the drugs, has attracted the critics and the panel members. When Kapadia was asked about Amy, he said, “We fell in love with her when making the film, and our aim and mission was to try and tell the truth about her. To show the world what an amazing person she was, how intelligent, how witty, how beautiful she was, before it all kind of got out of control and went a bit crazy". Kapadia was the proud winner of the British Film Awards for “Senna”, which is the sports documentary movie. He thanked everyone, who worked in the film.
