Bollywood has lost its uniqueness due to its obsession with cash-grabbing movie remakes. To better serve their audience, Bollywood filmmakers have started stealing tried-and-true plotlines from regional movies. While some remakes succeeded, many fell far short of the standards set by the originals. These remakes either weren't essential because they didn't improve upon the original, or they didn't manage to capture the same magic for the audience. Today, we look at some of the worst Bollywood remakes of South Indian films.
