1. Lisa Ray

Actress and Model Lisawas diagnosed with myeloma in 2009. She hadbone marrow cancer which was a rare disease. In 2009, Lisa announced that she is cancer free but not cured completely. There is a treatment for bone marrow but is incurable. The Cancer did not affect Lisa Ray on her outlook throughout her life.

2. Yuvraj Singh

During 2011 World Cup the cricketer Yuvraj Singh won The Tournament Award. After the tournament was over, he started his treatment of cancer in his left lungs and went through chemotherapy in the USA. In 2012, he came back to India cancer-freeand also was a part of Indian Cricket for T20 in 2012.

The famous director of Indian Film Industry Anurag Basu suffered from blood cancer. In 2014, the doctor revealed that he has only 50% life in him.
