Drishya Gautham

Drishya Gautham is a writer cum director working in the Indian entertainment industry. She completed her graduation in fashion designing from Pearl Academy. In 2014, she started her career as a digital content manager at Wordplay Content in Bangalore. In 2016, she joined The Viral Fever as the creative content head. In 2017, she co-founded Stray Factory, a content studio and is the content head. Besides being in Stray Factory, she Joined Culture Machine Media Pvt. Ltd as a senior producer in 2018. She also worked for Amazon India and Serial Eyes.

She wrote and directed the short film B. Selvi & Daughters. Drishya won the GIZ Her & Now Short Film Grant for this short. It was screened in many international film festivals, including the Indian Film Festival Melbourne, Women Make Waves Taiwan, the New York Indian Film Festival, and the London Indian Film Festival. She was the co-writer for Carpouram, a family drama set in India and France.
