Manasa Vikranth

Manasa Vikranth, also known as Manasa Hemachandran is a South Indian actress, from Tamil Nadu. She is the daughter of Kanakadurga and Hemachandra. She is known for the leading role in a TV serial named Uthiripookkal where she plays as the female protagonist. Manasa is widely known in the Tamil and Malayalam industry for her role in that series.

 She is a very talented actress, having done movies of different types and serials, which got her fame and recognition in the South Indian Film Industry. Initially, her mother was against her getting into movies and she had to fight a lot for it.

As a child, she was very active in school and was sued to learn Bharatanatyam, which is a form of dance. She made a portfolio for herself but, was only allowed to use it after her school examinations. Her photos started appearing in Tamil magazines initially, and later on the cover page as well. Apart from being the cover girl, she also did a lot of advertisements in the initial stages.

Her journey as an actor was possible because of director K. Vishwanth. When she first got the offer of her first film Big B, she told her parents that she wasn't interested in studies, and wanted to become an actress.

When signed up for her first movie, she started getting more offers. During the time her first movie became a hit, she was already working for her second film, and never looked back since then, and became a successful actress.

She started off in Telugu films after her advertisements, and then came to Tamil and Malayalam film industry and decided to stay. She has done an excellent job in proving her talent to her mother and also to her followers and audience.

She is now comfortable acting in TV serials as well as in movies and is having a smooth career. She had great hope and determination, which led to her success and she is continuing it with the same spirit.
