Paulettante Veedu is the debut film of director and writer Dileep Narayan.
Plot
Paulettan is a wealthy businessman. He is a hardworking man and has earned everything that he has now. His childhood was very bleak, and so those experiences make him a miserly man now. But his behavior has repercussions on his familial relationships. His daughter Sara falls in love with a rich man Amal, who lives his life very lavishly. Their love is a stark revolt against her father. Will the father come around and change his behavior?
Analysis
The story is very original. Writer-Director Dileep Narayan has done a satisfying job with this movie. The cinematography is average as is the music. There is nothing memorable about the background score. The editing is good as well as the acting by the actors.
Star Performance
The cast all give balanced and adequate performances. The standout performance should be mentioned as that of the miserly father.
