Hema Rakesh is a tv actress in the Tamil television Industry. She was born in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. She completed her education at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School in Krishnagiri. Hema has had a keen interest in journalism since her school days, from a young age she started working as a school reporter for Vikatan Group’s vikatan.com. For further experience and knowledge, she worked as an Information presenter at Vaigai TV to enhance her skills. Apart from that, she is also interested in social work and actively involved in social work. She has served as a social employee at UNICEF India. In 2012 she joined Lotus Tv as a Senior news presenter and journalist in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
