Vishnukanth, also known by the name Vishnu, is an actor, director and producer in the Indian film industry. His maximum contribution has been in the Tamil Television industry. He was born on 1st January 1986 in a middle class family of South India. He attended the local school and went to study at Institute of Road and Transport Technology, Tamil Nadu. He started his career in acting in 2008. He has starred in a number of shows on Zee Tamil and is best known for his performance in TV series Oru Oorla Oru Rajakumari and Sathya (2018), Sippikul Muthu (2022), Endredrum Punnagai (2022), Rajini (2023) and Gundeninda Gudigantalu(2023). On 3rd March 2023, Vishnu married Samyukta, another renowned Tamil television actress.
