Sippikul Muthu is a dubbed serial version of the Hindi TV serial Parvarish Season 2 that aired on Sony TV channel. The Hindi version of the serial was so successful that it prompted the makers to dub in other languages. The story starts with Surinder and her husband Kulwinder shifting from Amritsar to Delhi for better education and life for their children, Jassi and Jogi. There, Kulwinder meets her friend Simran. They instantly reconnect and share their life stories and parenting tips. There is a stark contrast between their parenting styles. They often denounce each other’s parenting styles, but whenever one is stuck with any problem with their kid, the other parenting styles do help.

The show is particularly about the upbringing of children and their different styles. The audience is often divided between the two styles of parenting. However, the show discloses both of them to be useful in certain situations. Riya is Simran’s daughter. Riya, Jassi, Jogi, Aditya, and Ankita get the opportunity to represent their school in a big national competition. Aditya and Ankita have a rivalry with the other three. Riya has a crush on Aditya, and he tries to blackmail her with this information to withdraw from the competition. However, Jogi saves the day. In this competition, the minister of culture was the chief guest.

Some extremists had planned to assassinate him at that function. They target Riya’s family for this. They kidnap Riya and blackmail her father, Raj to poison the minister. However, they fake the minister’s death to catch the killer. Aditya becomes friends with others after this incident. They all go to a party together, and while returning they hit someone with their car. They are so afraid that they do not tell about this to anyone. But someone tries to blackmail them. Having no option left, they confide everything to their parents and the police. It turns out the actual culprit was the police commissioner’s son.
