Chetan Hansraj was born on June 15, 1982 in Mumbai, India. He was an Indian film and serial actor. Chetan Hansraj is the most popular villain of the television industry. He was brought up in Mumbai. His mother is a pathologist and his father is a well-established businessman. He completed his studies at Jamunabai Nursery School in Mumbai and graduated in Mithibai College. He also did a course in fashion designing from NIFT and a 3D Animation course. He was a state level water polo player and also participated in the Gladrags Manhunt contest and won the second runner-up prize. He had won the Best Physique award in the same contest. He is the cousin of actor and model, Jugal Hansraj. Chetan got married to Lavania Pereira on December 12, 2004. His wife is a soft furnishing designer. Venu Arvind, or commonly known as Venu Aravind, is a Tamil TV and film actor, stage artist, dubbing artist and director. He was born on November 9, 1965, and studied B.Sc Physics with Masters in Management at DG Vaishnav College located at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. However, he rather chose media as his interest. He comes from a conservative family, but his parents gave their blessings and even encouraged him to do his best. He was married to Shobha. Venu played as a child artist in Tuesday plays for DD right from 1975. He did many serials for DD such as ‘Alai Osai’, and ‘Rishimoolam’. Venu learned acting through Poornam Viswanathan’s theatre group during college. Venu became popular for appearing in K. Balachander’s serials and he became famous for his role as Chitti Babu in the TV soap, Kadhal Pagadai, on Sun TV. He also became known as the main antagonist in the mega serial, ‘Alaigal’, where he got the Best Direction and Best Acting awards. His role as a villain was greatly appreciated and even earned him more chances in many serials later on. Then, he lent roles and his voice to small characters in many movies. He was casted in Raadhika Sarathkumar’s ‘Selvi’, and its sequel, ‘Arasi’. He recalls those days as he loved to play the lead antagonist. People loved to hate him and it indeed brought him to great heights. Owing to his dutiful performances, he was awarded the Kalaimamani Award in 2007, and till date, he is the only TV serial actor to win that award. Venu Arvind decided to venture into directorial action and he was debuted as a director through the film, Sabash Sariyana Potti. Though the film did not fare well at the box office, nor impressed the critics, his deeds were fairly appreciated. He recalls those days as hectic ones and that he lost so much hair at that time. Venu Arvind has made his comeback after three years of hiatus to the small screen with the Radaan production. He appeared as Radhika’s husband in the tele-serial, Vani Rani, and this time, he plays a positive role as Boominathan, and gained good response from the audience. But according to him, his role in the serial is not constant. The character might go through some changes based on the TRPs and other characters. Venu also did Tamil films like ‘Engineer’, Sabash Sariyana Potti, ‘Vegam’, ‘Vallavan’, ‘Ennavale’, and more.
