Sai Vignesh

Sai Vignesh is an Indian Singer who has worked in the Tamil film industry. Sai's last film to hit the theaters was Kadaikutty Singam in 2018. He comes from an artistic background with 17 years of music training. He is a professional Carnatic singer and has completed a master's in Indian music. He got his music lessons from Smt. Lakshmi Ananthakrishnan & currently, he is under the guidance of Cuddalore Shri.T.R.Vasudevan. Sai completed Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Loyola in 2017 and Masters in Indian music at Madras University in 2019. He turned popular with Super Singer Season 4. Contest in 2014 conducted by Shankar Mahadevan Academy and got an opportunity to perform with Mr.Shankar Mahadevan at Bangalore. Sai Vignesh has performed with Isaigyani Ilaiyaraaja in his live concerts in Singapore, Perth, Erode, Chennai, Trichy, etc. 

He has attended a lot of music competitions at the school level, leading groups such as Indian Fine Arts, Music Academy, and won several prizes and was a part of the Ramji Issai Mazhalai group from 2010, which Ramji Issai Mazhalai created. It organizes monthly concerts in smart venues, providing a platform for musically gifted youngsters. Therefore this was his third consecutive time that he's collaborating within the Times Thyagaraja Awards, and this can be the first time that he has made it to the finals. For this season, he sang Simendra Madhyama raga and tried his best to keep the aesthetics clearer in his vocals, which probably brought him to the finals.
