Salem Chandrasekharan is an Indian film producer working predominantly in Tamil film Industry. He was born on 23 September 1965 in India. He has run a cinema hall, before entering in film Industry as a producer.
He owned a theatre complex named ARK complex with three theatres in Salem, Tamil Nadu. He was a theatre distributer earlier. He has directed many superhit movies such as Ghajini released in 2005, Sullan(2004), February 14 (2005), etc.
According to some sources, he has sold his three theatres due to some loss in the production and movies.
