S Madhan

S Madhan is a Hindi producer who works in the south Indian film industry. He completed his graduation from Marathwada Institute of Technology in Aurangabad. His mother's name is Thangam, and his brother is Sudheer. He is distantly related to Paarivendhar.

He had a close association with the founder of SRM group and worked as an admission agent for SRM institutions. He also raised funds for the Pachamuthu formed the political party which was an alliance to NDA in the Lok Sabha Elections.

He is a managing partner at the Vendhar movies production house based in Chennai in Tamil Nadu. He owns properties in Roorkee in Uttarakhand and various other parts of India. In the year 2011, Madhan went missing. He left a suicide note behind, suggesting that it was an absconding case that would end in the death of the producer.

The suicide note gained a lot of attention as it was a long four-page note. The suicide note did its rounds over the internet through social networking sites. It talked about how he had no regrets in life and mentioned many key people and institutions with whom he had associations. His wife registered an FIR for missing man. This was followed by a man search by the police.

After the FIR was registered, many allegations surfaced wherein Madhan took money from MBBS aspirants, guaranteeing them a medical seat in SRM Medical College in Kattankulathur and Tiruchi but fled with the cash without getting them the seat he promised. The amount of bribe he took was about 80 crores which is a large sum. The total number of accusations totaled up to around 120.

After these revelations, the search began for him as well as six of his associates. The search went on for almost six months after which he got caught. In these six months, he fled to Roorkee where he was in touch with an acquaintance. The police found out his location, but by the time they reached, he escaped.

Next, he went to Manipur where he purchased a house in the name of one of his trusted friends. Then he went to Tirupur where was finally nabbed hiding in the home of a close female accomplice. He was presented at the judicial court and arrested. Later he was released on bail.
