The police filed a case on Madhan, who absconded with the money and left a suicide note. The police arrested him in Tirupur after 179 days. After this, Madan paid a bail amount of Rs. 10 crores and came out. After a while, the enforcement department filed a case on Madhan for Hawala case. After confirming Madhan’s involvement in the illegal transaction, the enforcement department arrested him on 23rd May. Madhan was in the court’s custody, so long. The court ordered to extend his jail term to 16th August. After that Madhan filed a bail petition in Madras High Court. Today, the case came to the court and he was granted an anticipatory bail.
