K. Vishalini is an Indian girl born in 2000, in Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli. Vishalini holds a World Record for the highest verified IQ, with an IQ score of 225. Her father, Kalyana Kumarasamy was an electrician and her mother, S. Sethu. Ragamaliga worked as an announcer with the All India Radio. Vishalini was born with the congenital oral anomaly, Ankyloglossia. Also known as Tongue-tie, Ankyloglossia decreases mobility of the tongue tip.
Vishalini's mother took it as a challenge not only to make her child balanced but great. With the help of a speech therapist, Vishalini's parents helped her overcome her disability. Vishalini's extraordinary success is a result of grave struggles and sacrifices made by her mother, who quit her job to help Vishalini.
By the age of 3, she could recite the 1330 Thirukural couplets which established her as the center of attraction amidst her relatives and in her school. She completed her Higher Secondary Education from IIPE Laxmi Raman School. Seeing her extraordinary intelligence, many doctors claimed her to be capable of doing MBBS only at the age of 13. Vishalini, being the 'Prodigy Child' she is has achieved various awards, certifications.
She successfully passed the online certificate examinations like Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Oracle Certified Jawa Professional (OCJP). She achieved a score of 90% in the CCNA examination at the age of only 11 years. At the age of 15 yrs, Vishalini was invited by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to deliver a lecture to 700+ Scientists of ISRO on the topic - "The Power of Networking - it is not just a buzz word."
She was also honored with the title of "The Youngest Google Speaker" for her Keynote Address at Google India Summit, New Delhi. Her excitement at hearing the news was unbridled. She recalls that when she came face to face with Mr. Modi, she couldn't control her ecstasy and greeted him with "Vanakkam," Tamil for hello. Mr. Modi said, "Vishalini, whatever you have achieved in this young age is great service to our country, India." She has received the Young Achiever Award by Indian Red Cross Society.
She also secured The Pride of India by HCL Technologies. She is also known as the "IT Wonder Kid." She is the youngest person to have completed 6 of the most challenging networking examinations, CCNP Route, CCNP Switch, IELTS, ISEB, Exin Cloud Computing, CCSA. With dreams in her eyes and passion in her heart, this young girl achieved great success in her life and made her country proud.
