He completed his Masters in Business Administration. He went to London with the aim of doing an MBA. His plan was to work for an MNC in London but during the course of his study in London, he realised that his true talent was acting and that studies would not lead him to where acting could. Apart from studies and acting, he is also a great Bowling player and represented Tamil Nadu for the same in 1998-1999. After making his portfolio, he tried to apply in several companies but he got rejected each and every time. One day, he was offered a chance to dance in one of the songs of the film ‘Vasool Raja MBBS’, which was directed by Saran. He even enacted a small role in the film ‘Ji’ alongside A. Kumar. But he got the chance to portray the main role in the movie ‘Chennai 600028’, which was directed by Venkat Prabhu. He acted as a husband in ‘Satham Podathey’, which was directed by Vasanth. In ‘Mayangen Thayangen’, he enacted the role of a cab driver who fell in deep love with a girl who worked in the call centre. Interesting fact was that he did not even see the girl, but fell in love. He got the opportunity to act in many films and he signed films like ‘Pinturuppu’, ‘P. C. Rakshit’ and some more, but they were not released. He has six upcoming films to add to his career and we hope that they release and become super hit.
