Kabilan was born on 16th May 1977 in Pondicherry, India. He is an Indian lyricist in film and television industry, actor, and poet. Kabilan currently resides in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He acted in the movie Dasavathaaram and enacted as Assistant to Vincent Poovaragavan in the year 2008. He wrote scripts for different television shows like starting in the year 2003 in Sorgam. In the year 2004, he did for Kanavarukkaga.
Then in the year 2005, Kabilan wrote for Nimmathi. Later in the next two years in 2006 and 2007, he wrote for Kasthuri Akka and Thangai. In the year 2009, he worked for Mahalakshmi. He worked in more than fifty films as a lyricist like Dhill, Narasimha, Alli Thandha Vaanam, Thavasi, Pammal K. Sambandam, Aahaa Ethanai Azhagu, Eera Nilam, Boys, Success, Alai, Thathi Thavadhu Manasu, Anbe UN Vasam, M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi, and many others.
