Vidya Anand is an Indian dancer, who is recognized for her proficiency as a Bharatanatyam artist, teacher, and choreographer. She started her singing training in Carnatic music at five from the late Mrs. Latitha Parthasarathy. She started performing at ten years old and did her first solo event at the age of 16. She danced at the Mylapore Fine Arts Club. She also received her training in Nattuvangam from her teacher. She gives training to young students in Bharatanatyam with shlokam, stories and dance theory. She aims to pass and teach cultural music to the younger generation.
