Raghunath Manet is one of the finest Indian classical musicians/ music composers and dancers/ choreographers. He was born on 1 January 1958 in Indian UT Puducherry. Being a multitasker, He has achieved various feats in the field. Manet is trained in Bharatnatyam and plays the Veena. He's an international performer and has collaborated with American Jazz musician -Archie Shepp, American dancer -Carolyn Carlson, and French performers such as Richard Galliano, Didier Lockwood, and Michel Portal. He has also appeared at special events for iconic brands like Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and Chanel. His work as a filmmaker includes Dance of Siva, Aathma, Devadasi (a documentary), and Karma. He is widely recognized, and his latest achievement is the GOPIO Community Service Award in 2011 from GOPIO America in Jaipur.
