Angel Shijoy

Angel Shijoy is an Indian voice-over artist who has experience of over 20 years in the field. She mainly lends her voice in the Malayalam advertising and film industry. Shijoy was born in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and began her career at a very young age of eight. She started by giving her voice as a child artist in daily soap operas. She is also proficient in dubbing, and has dubbed for various serials before stepping into the film industry. She has dubbed for around 200 Malayalam films. Her ability to emote according to demands has gained her wide appreciation. She has been working as the promotional voice artist for the Dubai-based Gold 101.3 FM for ten years. Her voice was lent for the title track of Radio Mango, ‘Naattilengum Paattayi’. She has done voice over for documentaries, advertisements, short films, and cinema, and in more than 5000 advertisements, in Malayalam and English. She has dubbed for lead actors in cinema.

Shijoy has bagged a number of awards for her proficiency in the field including the Kerala State TV awards twice, in 2013 and 2016.
