Saju Sreenivas

Saju Sreenivas is a renowned singer, lyricist, and music director who predominantly works in the Mollywood film industry. Born in Trivandrum, Kerala, he did his graduation from Mar Ivanios College and completed sound engineering at SAE Institute, Chennai. Right from his childhood, he had a passionate interest in music and learned classical music under the guidance of Mohanachandran and C S Vasantha Kumari. He had also actively participated in Kerala Kalolsavam and won prizes. He later joined the sensational music bands Patheyam and Vidwan. He had admitted to one of the news outlets that he did not anticipate his appearance in the field of music and was more interested in the technical aspects of cinema. Saju Sreenivas marked his entry into the Mollywood entertainment industry as a singer in 2011.

“Theeye” from ‘Chappa Kurishu’ starring Fahad Fazil and Vineeth Srinivasan was his debut song, recorded under the support and guidance of music director Rex Vijayan.
