Abhaya Hiranmayi is an Indian playback singer hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She was born on the 24 th May, 1989. This gorgeous South Indian singer made her debut as a playback singer in the Malayalam music industry at the age of 24. It was in the year 2014 that a new angelic voice was first heard by the folk of Kerala. She completed her schooling at Carmel School, Thiruvananthapuram. And completed college with an engineering degree, before taking music as a full-time profession. Born and brought up in Thiruvananthapuram, India, Abhaya didn't take any professional classes for music. Instead, her basic music lessons were undertaken by her mother, Lathika who is a postgraduate in music and a proponent of Prof. Neyyattinkara M.K. Mohanachandran.
