Lokah Is Unstoppable In Road To 300 Crore Club

Lokah has finally achieved the impossible.

The superhero has beaten Mohanlal’s L2 : Empuraan to emerge as the highest grossing Malayalam movie of not only 2025, but also in the entire history of Malayalam cinema. The movie has achieved a collection of nearly 270 crores on a budget of just 30 crores.

Starring Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead role, Lokah is a part of a superhero universe, which is officially bankrolled by Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan under his banner Wayfarer Films. The movie also starred Tovino Thomas and Mammootty in cameo roles.

However, can Lokah achieve 300 crores? Yes and no. Unless the screens are reduced drastically, Lokah has a golden chance to make the big leap to the 300 crore club, since there is no major competition from either the Malayalam industry or any other industry until October 2, when Kantara : Chapter 1 will hit the silver screens throughout India.
