Rohit Gopalakrishnan

Rohit Gopalakrishnan is a Malayalam music composer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He holds a degree in B. A (Hons) in Audio Production from SAE Institute, London, United Kingdom. He started his career by composing music scores for a few short films in Malayalam and Tamil languages. Later, he joined the Indian film industry as a Music Producer/Engineer and worked with the popular Indian Musician Jakes Bejoy.

He assisted Rohit in composing soundtracks for his popular albums, such as Queen, Taxiwaala, Renam (Original Motion Pictures Soundtrack), Ishq (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), Kalki (Original Background Score), Forensic, Ayyappanum Koshiyum Click to look into! >> Read More... Rohit also got the opportunity to compose music for Tamil movies such as Kaitholachathan (2018) and Cheraathukal (2021), which was also nominated for AltFF International Award for Best Drama International in 2021. He has also composed various jingles for advertisements and clients, such as popular clients like Uber, Junglee Rummy, Larsen & Turbo, etc. His first single, 'Nilkkaam Thalaraadhe' featured a group of singers and started streaming on Spotify on 31^st July 2020.

His first Tamil single 'Marainthu Pogum,’ was released on August 1st 2020.
