Vijayasree is a popular Malayalam actress who has acted in lots of films during the 70s. She was born in the year 1953. Vijayasree was said to resemble the famous Telugu, Kannada cum Tamil actress Bharathi, wife of Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan. Her debut movie was Pooja Pushpam in the year 1969. She has acted in more than 40 films within the time span of 6 years. She was said to be more popular for her movies Arumalunni, Youvannam, Veendum Prabatham, Thenaruvi, Kaadu, Postman ae Kannanilla, Maya, Professor, Taxi car and many more. She has also acted in a dual role in the film Padmavyooham. The film was released in the year 1973. Vijayasree has done a great job in making the dual role and did it dedicatedly. She was one of the youngest heroines in the early 1970s. She entered the film industry at the young age of sixteen. Within six years, she has gained more popularity. She committed suicide and left the world in 1974 at the age of 21. It was said that, she ended her life due to the issues with a film director.
