Alvin Tomy is a filmmaker, colorist, and editor of Indian origin. He hails from Ernakulam in the state of Kerala. Alvin went to a local Government Higher Secondary School for his schooling. Later he completed a Bachelor’s degree of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and Mass Communication from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. Alvin is skilled at video editing, Film editing, Image editing, Lighting and grading, Video color grading, and as a master colorist. He started his career as a colorist at Flowers TV in 2018, where he worked for the next three years. In 2021, he joined Coffeehills as a freelance editor and colorist and has been working there ever since. He worked as a digital intermediate colorist in a short film titled Revathy: The Virgin Soul in 2017.
