Salu K George

Salu K George is a professional South Indian art director. He has worked in many projects in the Malayalam film industry. Salu K George has done art direction for more than twenty films in Malayalam. Salu K George was born on the 31st of January in the year 1970. His father's name is George Varghese and mother's name is Thankamma George. Salu K George has three siblings, two brothers, and one sister.

He was born and brought up in Changanassery in Kerala, India. Salu K George received his school education in St. Peter's School located in Changanassery municipality in Kerala. He did his high school in St. Berchmans Higher Secondary School located in the same place in Kottayam. Salu K George also studied in the Yudeepipitty Changanassery. Salu K George was associated with the Malayalam movie named Varnaparkit in which he was an assistant. He then worked in some more films as an art director's assistant like Maneesh Chitra, Boban, and many more. He worked as an assistant to art director Thalika who made independent art films. This association won the first ever Asianet Award for art direction. As an art director himself, the debut movie of Salu K George was Vaathavam directed my Mollywood film director Valmiki starring Venkata Rao Tadisetty, Suresh, and Divyavani in lead roles. Salu K George entered this career through this movie in the year 1993.

Apart from his passion for art direction, Salu K George is also a car enthusiast. He has a collection of cars in his house. He bought his first luxury car after the Malayalam movie named Pathinonnil Vyazham starring actor Mukesh which released in the year 2010. After the film Two Wheeler which released in the year 2007, Salu K George bought his second vehicle which is a Morris Metal. Later he obtained Jeep from the Ford company after the movie Chocolate which hit the theatres in the year 2007. The car Salu K George regularly uses is Willys Americar. The vehicle he has used the most and loved the deepest is Toyota Fortune as it is the most comfortable and functional vehicle even while traveling across mountains and forests. He has been using Toyota Fortune since 2015.
