Lukman Avaran

Lukman Avaran was born on May 22, 1990 in Changaramkulam, Kerala, India. He is an Indian actor who is primarily working in the Malayalam film industry. Lukman completed his graduation in B. Tech from Royal College of Engineering & Technology, Thrissur. He was born to Koladikkal Avaran and Haleema. Lukman is married to Jumaima. The couple got married on February 20, 2022. Lukman started his career in 2013. In 2013, he played the role of Red in the film Dayom Panthrandum. In 2015, Lukman appeared as Nasarullah in the film KL 10 Patthu. Lukman has played the roles of Filament Phillip and Bank Customer in the films Valleem Thetti Pulleem Thetti and Kali in 2016. In 2017, he appeared onscreen as Jabir and Sajeev in the films Godha and Udaharanam Sujatha.

Lukman played the role of Rajesh in the film Sudani from Nigeria (2018). In 2019, he worked as Suran in the film O P 160/18 Kakshi Amminippilla. In 2019, Lukman played several characters such as Habeeb, PC Biju Kumar, and Dr. Sajith in the films Shibu, Unda, and Virus. Lukman acted in the film Forensic in 2020. He portrayed the character of Vinod. Lukman played the character of Ramanan in the movie Anugraheethan Antony in 2021. The following year, he acted in several films, such as Operation Java, No Man’s Land, Churuli, and Ajagajantharam. In 2022, he played the role of Muthukoya in the film CBI 5: The Brain. Lukman portrayed the character of Prasad in Archana 31 Not Out in 2022. He played the roles of Amos and Rocky in the movies Naradan and Aaraattu (2022).

The following year, Lukman acted in movies such as Aanparambile World Cup, Saudi Vellakka, Aalankam, and Thallumaala. In 2023, Lukman portrayed the character of Ameen Kasim in the film Sulaikha Manzil. He played the role of Appu in Jackson Bazaar Youth (2023). Lukman acted as Dhavan Vinu in Corona Dhavan in 2023. In 2024, Lukman played the roles of Vasudevan, Abi, and Ajnjathan in the movies Anchakkallakokkan, Perumani, and Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala. In 2024, Lukman acted as Maazin in the film Turkish Tharkkam. The following year, he appeared in the movie TikiTaka. In 2023, Lukman won several awards such as Prem Nazir Samskarika Sahithi Award (2023) and Kerala Film Critics Association Special Jury Award (2023).
