Neetha

Neetha is a well known Kannada small screen as well as a film actress. The actress hails from Mangalore and studied both in Mangalore as well as Bangalore.  She was born on 2nd September 1986 ahs studied in St Agnes Mangalore. Acting was by coincidence as she was handpicked by the famous director Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar. She debuted in Punya directed by Nagathihalli which was a mega television serial.

Neeta initially started her career in theatre, documentaries, advertisements and ramp shows. From her school days she has performed in plays and was part of Abhivyakthi drama troupe. The arc lights beckoned Neetha and she has moved further to a film career. Her first film was Govinda Gopala followed by Yahoo. She then went on to act in over 20 movies making her a successful actress in the Kannada mainstream cinema. She then went on to feature in the Kannada reality show Big Boss season 2.

Her film Abhinetri is to be released in 2014.Currently Neetha is acting in the serial Yashode featuring on ETV Kannada. She is a voracious reader and her favourite authors are Sidney Sheldon and Paul Kohelo.
