Ashok Hegde

Ashok Hegde is a famous small screen star, who predominantly acts in Kannada Television series. Ashok was born and brought up in Sirsi, Karnataka. He graduated from the JSS College of Commerce. He began his stint in Cinema field in the year 1991. During the start of his career, he played the role of a Director. Since direction failed, he switched over to the Television Industry. He has acted in several soaps and has garnered attention through his effective acting. Ashok is also on the Production side. He has produced many serials in Kannada. Ashok recently acted in the show Namma Corporator that was aired on BN Television.

Ashok Hegde has also conducted workshops, for budding actors. Ashok got married to Anshu, in the year 1995. Anshu Hegde works as a Personality developer and a Style Consultant. She has accompanied Ashok in his workshops. The serial Kulavadhu, which was aired on E TV, bagged him the Best Father Role Award.
