Shashank was awarded the Mirchi Music Award, Kannada, in 2014, grabbing the title of the Best Upcoming Male Vocalist of the year.
His latest songs are Hands up, Shivanandi, Bharjari Soundu, and Jaggu Duniya. He is passionate about music. For his thousands of fans, he often does live performances and shows for the public. He has sung more than 1000 songs for South Indian films.
Recently on 26th April 2020, his second movie as a music director ‘The checkmate’, has released its music, the first being Randhawa released in 2019.
