S Bhavanarayana is an Indian producer and writer who predominantly worked in the Kannada film industry (Sandalwood Industry). S. Bhavnarayan was born on 11 June 1911. S Bhavanarayana is popularly known as the story writer of the film Thotalo Pilla Kotalo Rani in 2017, Gandharvya Kanya and I Love You in 1979, and Apoorva Piravaigal in 1967. Bhavnaraya also wrote the screenplay and story of the film Devara Gedda Manava in 1967 and Bhulokamlo Yamalokam in 1966. With story writing, he was also the producer of the movies Jaga Mechida Maga in 1972, Simha Swapna in 1968, and Ashasundari in 1960. He also produced the film Penki Pellam in 1956, Amarasandesam in 1954, and Gopaludu Bhoopaludu in 1967.
