Bharath is a Kannada Movie Director popularly known for his work in movies like Kanti and Mareyuva Munna. His first movie Kanti was released in 2004. It had Ramya, Murali Namdev Govind, and Mumtaz in the main roles. It was produced by Srinivas. The film got two Karnataka State Film Awards including Best Actor and Best Editing Awards. The movie ran in the theaters for nine weeks and was critically a success. Though it bombed in the box office, it got appreciation for its fresh approach in narration. The story was about two people who were in love but it was opposed by the girl’s brother. A Marathi girl falling in love with a Kannada boy is the essence of the film. Mumtaz has done an Item number to spice up the movie screen. Namdev Govind played the villain in the story.

The director had to wait for six to seven months for his next project. Nimishambha Chandrashekhar produced his next as a Romantic movie, Mareyuva Munna. Ganesh and Shrunga were cast in the lead roles, and the movie was commercially a success. Saheba is his third action romantic film which will be releasing in April 2017. The producer and director got into a glitch, and there was news of Bharath being sacked out of the film. According to a report, he was removed from the director’s chair by his producer, Chandrashekhar. The producer is a renowned personality, known for his movies like Annaiah, Bindaas, and Karpooradha Gombe. In an interview, Chandrashekhar said that Bharath is the most arrogant director he had ever worked with in his entire film career.

Bharath was working on a project for more than six months but was eventually cut out from the film. The producer said that he was an inefficient and egoistic director who just boasts about his capabilities. The only thing in which he succeeded was to convince the lead actor of his story. He took six months to find a location for the shoot, the producer had commented raging his anger. Bharath is a person with high esteem, and according to him Kannada Film fraternity is losing its charm because of its producers. He even came out with some derogatory comments for some well-known producers in the industry. The movie was proposed to Ganesh Bal, an established actor and television anchor in Kannada Cinema, for the lead role.
