Zoya Afroz was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on January 10, 1994. She completed her schooling from R N Shah High School and then, attended the Mithibai College in Mumbai.

She won Pond’s Femina Miss India International held at Yash Raj Studios at the 50th edition of Pond’s Femina Miss India in 2013. She has never looked back since that win.

Her first appearance in the Indian television industry was at the young age of 3 when she won the ‘Rasna Mahasearch Contest’ and shot a commercial for the same brand. As a child artist, she has been seen in lots of TV commercials for brands like Whirlpool, Shoppers Stop and Jet Airways. She was even seen in films like ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’ as Radhika and ‘’ as Arya. She was even a part of small television serial playing the role of ‘’ in ‘’ in 2004 and ‘’ in ‘Hum Saath Aath Hai’ in 2001 to name a few. This gave her the popularity and fame she wanted. Lately, her film ‘The xposé’, which got released in 2014, was largely appreciated by critics. ‘,’ the female lead in the movie was played by her. This film got her the award of ‘The Best Actress’ at Big Life Ok Now Award.

She was in a relationship with Murtaza Zahani but the bond didn’t last long. This attractive and beautiful actress has done pretty great in the industry till now. She should keep working hard to get to the place she deserves in the industry!
