Karan Shah is a well-known figure in varying fields as an actor, director and also an ex-model. Karan and his spouse, actress Bhavana Balsawar, daughter of famous actress Shubha Khote, have been married since February 8, 2011, whom he had been dating for 12 years. Earlier the couple had worked together on shows like ' No Problem' and 'Oh Daddy' on Zee TV. He is also the nephew of film artist Tina Munim. He made his first debut on small screen with a TV series’ Saarrthi’ which was telecast in 2004 on Star Plus TV channel. The actor made his stint in acting with this serial but left the series after eight months. The reason he cited then was that he did not like working in television.
