Shubha Khote is an Indian entertainment world personality, who is best known for her film and television works from the last 60 years. She started acting at the age of 4 and debuted as a child actor in the film called ‘ Seema’ (1955). She played the role of ‘Putli’. She then acted in several Marathi and Hindi films, in which her roles were mostly comedy based. In Hindi film industry, she is understood as a very popular comedy artist, who has worked in several noted films such as ‘ Paying Guest’ (1957), ‘Chhoti bahen’ (1959), ‘Sasural’ (1961), ‘Dil Ek Mandir’ (1963), ‘ Ziddi’ (1964), ‘ Golmaal’ (1979), ‘ Ek Duuje Ke Liye’ (1981) & ‘ Saagar’ (1985) to name a few.

She has a career spanning over almost five decades and she is considered as a senior actress due to her long stint in this field. She is the elder sister of famous actor ‘ Viju Khote’, who is very popular and known for his role in blockbuster film ‘ Sholay’ (1970). He played the role of ‘Kaaliya’ in that film. Apart from her Hindi & Marathi movie career, she has been quite actively involved in some television series such as ‘ Jugni Chali Jalandhar’ (2008), ‘ Zabaan Sambhalke’ (1993) & ‘Baa Bahoo Aur Baby’ (2005). She played the role of ‘Bebe’ in the series called ‘ Jugni….’, which was broadcasted by the SAB TV and it successfully completed over 300 episodes.

She was seen in the popular television series ‘Zabaan Sambhalke’ in which she played the role of ‘Lata Dixit’, who is an elderly lady and a principle of a Hindi language school. This Indian sitcom was widely appreciated and it is considered as a huge success due to its widespread popularity among viewers. In her most recent television program 'Baa Bahoo Aur Baby’, she was seen playing the role of ‘Mangu Mausi’. The series was broadcasted by Star Plus and it successfully completed two seasons spanning over 5 years (2005-2010). She is a famous and experienced actress, who has made a quite shiny presence among the other fellow actors in the Hindi cinema & television.

Shubhangi Atre Poorey is a well-known face in the Hindi Television Industry. She first came under limelight with the role of Palchin in ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay’. Right after that, she was seen the Sab Tv’s popular serial ‘Chidiya Ghar’, where she worked till May 2014.A few years back, Shubhangi got married to Piyush Poorey. Right now, she has a daughter called Aashi. Shubhangi was last seen in SAB TV’s serial and she’s presently spending some quality time with her daughter.
