Frank Tashlin (Francis Fredrick von Taschlein) was born in Weehawken, New Jersey, on February 19, 1913, and died in Los Angeles, California, on May 5, 1972.He was a broad satirical comedic cartoonist, writer, animator, and film director from the United States. His Achievements:- 1. Tashlin worked as an animator during the day while drawing a newspaper comic strip. 3. In 1939, he started working at the Walt Disney Studio, where he had always wanted to work. This once-in-a-lifetime ideal, however, was quickly destroyed. He worked in their storey department, but because these folks were never given screen credit back then, it's difficult to know what he did.

After leaving Disney in 1941, Tashlin went to Columbia Pictures' Screen Gems and became the head of the story department, where he had the brilliant idea of hiring many of his former Disney coworkers. The 'Fox and Crow' cartoons were well-known at Columbia. Tashlin directed one of the series' greatest features, 'The Fox and the Grapes,' (1941), which inspired Chuck Jones' 'Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote,' (1949) series. Frank Tashlin died in 1972 after suffering from a heart attack.
