Rian Balvin

Rian Balvin deals with Re-Recording Mix, Dialogue Editing, Sound Design, SFX Editing, ADR/VO, and Foley. He was based in the Los Angeles area. Rian did his Bachelors of Science in Music and Recording Arts from the University of Colorado Denver from 1998 to 2001. He was involved in the activities and societies, Colorado Student Chair. He also studied music theory and composition at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1992 to 1994 He was nominated for the 46th Annual Daytime Creative Arts EMMY for the outstanding sound mixing for the project THE GYMKHANA FILES-Amazon prime. He was also nominated for the Motion Picture Sound Editors 66th ANNUAL GOLDEN REEL for outstanding achievement in dialogue editing for the same project.

Rian was also Motion Picture Sound Editors 65th ANNUAL GOLDEN REEL AWARD Nominee for Outstanding Achievement in SFX Editing For the project of FIRE CHASERS which is on Netflix. Rian has a lot of experience working with celebrity talents, large teams of producers, directors, and supervisors while in-house or via ISDN, IPDTL, Phone Patch, Skype, and Source Connect. Rian worked in a lot of recording studios at the beginning of his career. It involves working in Track record studios, Voice tracks West, Voice-Over LA , All in one production, etc. With his own company which he started in Jan 2001 Audio Post Magic, his work ranges from a lot of TV shows to films as well as being involved in a lot of different projects like Jojo Rabbit And Three Knee Deep. He is also well known for his work in the films like Man of The Year, Final Score, etc.
