Elizabeth Sobieski is Leelee’s mother and she is popularly known as an American film producer and screenwriter. She is also Leelee’s manager. On the other hand, her father, Jean Sobieski, is an artist, who is French. She has a brother named Robert. Leelee’s forename, "Liliane", was her paternal grandmother’s name and her middle name, "Elsveta", is borrowed from the Polish word "Elżbieta", which means "Elizabeth".
