L.M. Khan

Professor Lal Mohammad Khan, also known as Dr. L. M. Khan is under the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, situated in West Bengal, in the year 1976. In the year 1985, he pursued a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery at Bihar University. At the beginning of his career, he used to work under Late Dr. J. N. Majumdar, Late Dr. J. N. Kanjilal, and, Late Dr. B. N. Chakraborty. Since 1988, he has been working as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Organon of Medicine, Homoeopathic Philosophy, and Repertory. Currently, Professor Lal Mohammad is the Director and Head of the Department of Organon of Medicine, Psychology, Homoeopathic Philosophy, and Chronic Diseases at the National Institute of Homoeopathy, located in Kolkata.

Moreover, Professor L. M. Khan is also the Chairman of the Literature Committee of the Central Council of Homoeopathy also known as CCH. Dr. L. M. Khan has been a member of numerous notable groups, a few of them are, Member of the Expert Committee on Homoeopathy to Ministry of ISM and H, Government of India, Member of the Advisory Committee of Homoeopathy to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Member of the Board of Studies for Post Graduate and Undergraduate at Calcutta University, Fellowship of Homoeopathic Association of Malaysia, and currently he is the Member of Post Graduate Education and Literary Committee of Central Council of Homoeopathy. Furthermore, Professor Lal Mohammad has also written many notable books. Some of his works include Wisdom of Imponderabilia: X-Ray, Wisdom of Sarcodes, Pleasure of Prescribing, Ignatia in Cancer, Allergy – Curse of the Civilization, and numerous more. He is also an avid speaker, who has won the Best Teacher Award from the Research Society of Homoeopathy.
