Ketaki Dutta is an actor and singer who works in Bengali films. She was born in 1934 in Kolkata. Her parents were Tarakumar Bhaduri and Prabha Devi. At the age of eight, Ketaki Dutta made her first stage appearance. She made her debut as an actress in the film Kankal in 1950.
She will be greatly remembered for her acting in the films Kankal (2000) and Patalghar(2003). Some of her best films include The Citizen (1953), Padi Pishir Barmi Baksha (1972), sati (1989), Nagarik (1977), Bipasha (1962), and Chaka (2000). Patalghar was the last film she acted in. Ketaki Dutta passed away on July 8, 2003.
