Sourav Saha is an Indian actor who works in the Bengali television industry. He was born in Khardaha, West Bengal, on July 9. He studied at the Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home School in Rahara, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal and graduated with an LLB. He worked in theatrical productions and has been acting since he was in the seventh standard. He debuted on the small screen as Bama on ETV’s SadakBamakhyapa in 2003. The performance established Sourav Saha as a household name and gave him the title of Chot Thakur. He also acted in Bengali serials such as K Tumi Nandini, aired on Zee Bangla in 2010. In 2014, he played the role of Sukumar in the Bengali crime-fiction show Byomkesh aired on Colours Bangla. He has also acted in other serials, including EraoShatru, TapurTapur, Ananda Ashram, Shubbivah, and Sanyasi Raja.

Saha married Bengali television actress Sushmita Mukherjee Saha on December 6, 2013, with whom he has a son. For his performance in Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, the actor won the Zee Bangla Sonar Sansar Award for Sera Soho Abhineta in 2021 and 2022.
