AK 62 – It’s Vignesh Shivan

AK 62, the highly anticipated film of Ajith Kumar, had been stuck in a series of rumors. Earlier in March 2022, it was announced that Ajith’s next film would be with Vignesh Shivan, and LYCA Productions will bankroll the project. “Santhanam” is roped into doing a solid supporting role. But, last week, there was a rumor that Ajith’s next will have Magizh Thirumeni as the director, and Vignesh’s film has been postponed. It was also rumored that though “Nayanthara” discussed with the producers and the lead star, there was no success in continuing the project at once.

As Ajith and Vignesh Shivan had been in London, the fans hoped there might be some discussion regarding the project with the producer, and the shooting might start soon. So far, nothing has been confirmed officially except for the project announcement. The fans who are seriously tracking Vignesh Shivan on his social media found that Vignesh has liked some posts relating to AK 62; hence, there are huge possibilities to start the shooting soon. However, we have to wait for the official announcement. Ajith was last seen in “Thunivu” with Manju Warrier, directed by “H Vinoth.”
