Janardhanan. The story of Rahasyam is a typical potboiler masala story which has every intriguing elements- musrder, mystery, politics, supernatural powers, ghosts and exorcism. The story of Rahasyam revolves around the murder mystery of a teenage rape victim Jessy, whose case is being investigated by IPS Police officer Easwer Moorthy who is determined to find the culprits, solve the case and provide severe punishments for the culprits. Through his investigation, he comes to know that powerful politicians and other men of power are involved in it.  Right at this time, the ghost of Jessy makes her appearance and starts killing one by one her assailants. Rahasyam is an edgy thriller and is not at all for the faint hearted audiences.
