Seena Antony is a proud daughter of Mr.Antony and Mrs. Selin.She was born in Trivandrum, Kerala. She is happily married to a hardware engineer Mr. John. This ideal couple is blessed with a girl. They gave their daughter a lovely name that is Jovan Anna John. And this tiny toddler is studying in LKG at Holy Angles School. She is a sister of two brothers Siby and Siju.

Before joining her acting career.Seena completed her degree, and after that, she took a news reading course. And soon joined as a news reader in Surya TV. This was when her face came into recognition. Her big screen debut was with a Tamil film 'Avaram Poo,' which was a Tamil remake of Malayalam hit movie 'Thakara.''Akashadoothu' in 1993 was the film which gave her fame and recognition. She also worked in the Telugu remake of the films. Seena also later acted in 'Hitler' in 1996 and 'Santhushtaranu'in 1999.Her Malayalam movie in which she acted was 'Venkalam' in 1993 directed by Bharathan.

Her small screen debut was in the daily soap serial 'Kanyadhanam'. Her role in 'Sarayu' TV show gave her a good popularity. It was telecast in Surya TV.
