The story of the serial Oridathoridathu revolves around the lives of two neighboring families. The story revolved around the life of two neighbours mixed in humor. Charulatha teacher and her husband Preman on one side along with Preman's mother. Their neighbor Eapen is a veterinary doctor, and his wife is Mollykutty. Preman is currently unemployed and intends to start a business of his own soon. Whereas, Eapen is a vet but his wife Molly promotes him as a physician to everybody. The plot and the story of this show unfolds as many interesting and hilarious and humorous incidents happen in these families involving the family members of both the families.
